CASH JAM AT ATM

I was making an ATM deposit at Standard Bank Carlton center branch on the 2015-07-10 at 12:48noon and the ATM went off with my money in the machine and it brought a slip for me with code 0465 on it , then l went to the branch immediately to show them the slip and they process it and told me that at will take 7days for the money to come into the account for me and l told them that l was paying Rent with that money and l needed it urgently and l was told that l still have to wait that 7days which l waited but till today the 20th July 2015 l have not received the money in the account which is not okay at all
