cash germ

good afternoon. im lindiwe hlayisani chauke , on the 1 December 2015 i went to standard bank ATM Giyani to deposit a cash of R 4 650.00 it was 15h34. on the 2 December 2015 i went to standard bank for assistance and they said is due on the 09 December 2015 but nothing happened. on the 10th i went back again but nothing happened . i wrote a complain to the cash germ queries and it was due on the 14th but still nothing they sent me an SMS saying it is still on progress which i am tired of hearing that. would you please assist me i need my cash back.
