CASH FINANCE FEES & MONTHLY SERVICE FEE

<p>I recently checked my credit card statement as I have not been using it but rather paying it off and I wanted to see my balance. To my HORROR I discovered that I am being charged a a CASH FINANCE Fee every month when I do EFT deposits as well as no other transactions are taking place on this account? I am also being charged a monthly Service Fee of R35.00 whn other banks charge an annual service fee of around R250.00 equating to around R20.00 pm? I tried to log a complaint but the server went to Error 404. I called the call center and the operator was not able to give me answers on these amounts or why they are being charged but that "it is part of my agreement" I am very dissapointed in Standard Bank as I have been banking with them since I was 9 yrs old and I am now 33yrs old! </p>
