Cash Finance Fee - Over charge on Credit Card

Hi

I am currently being over charged on my credit card for the "Cash Finance Fee". I was debited for the incorrect payment. After querying it, I was refunded the amount from my credit card into my cheque account. The system recognised this transaction as "cash" which increased the interest "Cash Finance Fee".

Service request no. ********** 965, isn't resolved since 4th April.

I am being charged higher interest when it is a fault from Standard Bank Credit Card Division !!!!!
