Cash finance charges and Card fee charges when not cash was transacted

I HAVE DONE NO CASH TRANSACTIONS IN MY CREDIT CARD, yet: My December 2017 statement shows a Cash Finance Charge of R2,00 My January 2018 statement shows a Cash Finance Charge of R21.72 and also a Card fee of R10,00. These are over and above the normal Service Fee of R40.00.

This is ridiculous. Cash charges when no cash transactions. And what the heck is a Card Fee? I am already paying Service Fee of R40,00 for the use of my credit card.

I look forward to a reversal of the cash finance and card fee charges.
