Cash Finance charge - still unresolved
Cash finance charges on both 10 Jan and 10 Feb—where in the Credit Card pricing guide is this charge? My credit card is paid up in full every month
I've called and sent email to transact-; prestige- & privatecleint standard bank departments
No replies for since mid Feb.
Second review after the first attampt to reach out was ignored with the complaint closure email yesterday in my inbox!!!
