Cash deposited into a credit card account at an ATM not reflecting

Extremely disappointed with Standard Bank's way of handling things. My mother tried to deposit cash into her Standard Bank Credit Card at Thohoyandou Plaza via the ATM on the 7th of May 2020. The deposit was R1000.00. The ATM took the money but did not confirm that the transaction was successful.

She went to branch to lay a complaint and they escalated her complaint somewhere in Polokwane. They have been taking her from pillar to post since Thursday and they haven't told her what could have happened to the deposit. She's currently unemployed and R1000.00 is a lot of money. Right now she is running a risk of defaulting on her credit card.
