Cash deposit jammed at atm

I deposited a 3050 rand on Saturday,21 feb 2015 at a atm in Parow centre.We went inside the bank and spoke to Juian.He admitted that there is a problem with the atm machine.The machine took the cash,and then a error appeared on the screen.He told us that he will log a call,and we will have our money on Tuesday.Today(Monday 23 Feb they couldn't gave me a direct answer.It is my hard worked money,and need it back.I cannot help if they have problems with there machines.How trustworthy is there machines and service.Samantha MARS,CELL ***
