Case No 31061/2019 65 BEL-AIRE POMONA NOT TREATED FAIRLY AND WANT TO CONCLUDE THE SALE

I bought a property in pomona Kempton park at sheriff in 2022 which was then rectified the following year in 2023 by court. Then they sent me levies while was about to pay Ekurhuleni municipality had a problem issuing figures and we had to wait up until they can issue rates and figures as well as section 118(1), it took Ekurhuleni municipality about a year to issue rates figures and section 118 figures again.

I even requested the transferring attorney to find out why previous levies were R74 000 then came back as R186 000. After some time i then ask transferring attorney some time to find out myself as I wasn't getting answers and also to negotiate the discount.

While busy requesting discount and a meeting with OPROPSA in which they refused to meet me or talk to me telephonically transferring attorney requested proof of payment which I have already sent to them before ( I even sent Nicole via email and whatsapp) but fined and told I'm delaying whereas I was busy trying to find out why figure move from R74 000 to R186 000 and to negotiate discount. They then decided to cancel the sale which I managed to stop so I can conclude the sale then I asked the transferring attorney to get rates and section 118 (1) figures from Ekurhuleni municipality and they have never came back to me.

I would to know why they no longer communicating with me am ready to pay for levies and municipality rates to get clearance and get it registered as soon as possible.

I wasn't happy as they said I haven't made payment while I paid R30 522,70 to PAGDENS transferring attorney on 13th March , R216 900 as balance of payment on the 28th March 2023 and R100 000 on the 5th April 2024 saying it was for levies as I was still negotiating for levies discount. The other thing is transferring attorney are in Eastern Cape while i and the property are in Gauteng and if possible give me transferring attorney in Gauteng so we can get this sale done and get registered within 2 weeks.

I shall be glad if my complaint can be taken into consideration and get this property registered as soon as possible.
