I lost my credit card which immediately reported, still transactions went through my credit card, even though the credit card has reached the limit as per agreement, But still transaction went over the limit, I called ***** department to investigate and give necessary feedback, till this day, still waiting for feedback, almost a month, I would recommend anyone to take even a savings account with Standard Bank, let alone opening a credit card, I am in a process of moving my bussiness to another bank
