***** Case

I have logged a ***** query with standard bank ***** and I was advised that someone would contact me 7 days and 7 days passed, and I called them again and was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours I then after 48 hours called again since no one came back to me, was also advise again that someone will come back to me after 48 hours. Till today no one has came back to me. To think this was not the first time that my account was *****ulently used and it seems like my query is taken serious by the bank that I trust.
