Caring and Compassionate Ramona Reddy
Kudos to Ramona Reddy from the Cornubia branch, Dbn. The branch didn't have a wheelchair for my elderly gran who can't walk. She made an executive decision to provide service from the parking lot outside the branch. Leaving her comfort of the branch and aircon. Exceptional service Ramona.
