Careless Standard Bank

i'm a loyal Customer to the Standard Bank more than 7 years, If i have a chance i will not even give one star to these guys, un****unately i did invlove the ***** transaction and then i did rice the complaint and also open Policae case and gave case No to these guys, with in one day so these guys said we started investigation and then week later emailled me and very simply said all my funds utilized by some one else unable recover but it was quite big amount and they did not investigate it properly and did not take any responsibility, Normaly in these cases there will be Insurence option and can recover funds but these said no option like that, and they said finally that there is nothing they can do suggested i must follow the police case,

and then i told to call center guys i'm not beliving all these and i wanna speak with manager level guys then he said my Team Lead is going to call you and then i waited for two weeks still no call and no responce for emails from them and desided to write a review here atleast other people can stay away from these type of banks,

if possible i can suggest to others just stay away from these type of banks whose not even taking minimum responsibility of taking care about customers money
