Careless attitude

What is "honouring fee"??????? I asked this before and no one cares enough to answer. What is honouring fee?????? Why do you bill your customers this fee??? How is it different to a penalty fee????? A lot of your clients are asking this question but I've never come across even one clear answer!!! This's day light *******!!! I'm asking this question for the THIRD time now and everytime you reply by saying you will address and apologize but no one has ever got back to me or provided an answer to my question. I have noticed that this is your way of ignoring your customers' queries because this happened with other customers. I promise you that I will keep on posting this query here until someone gives me a clear answer. I'm also gathering this to compile my complain to the ombudsman. No one cares to provide some answers!
