Care, Efficiency & AWSOME ATTITUDE

A month ago I visited the Tongaat branch only to be attended to by a rude consultant who didn't't even bother punching my I'D number into the system. At the time I was totally put off! <br> Anyway today I went into the Ballito Std Bank and was totally shocked...the atmosphere was amazing, warm and welcoming from start to finish the experience was amazing everyone was energised and had a smile on their face even though it was month end. As for the consultant, Gregory Dhaver I must commend his efficiency, willingness to try and assist, his advice and mannerisms was excellent, he never came across as a sales person, he came across as someone who cared and tried his best to assist. Eventually I was so impressed with the service I decided to switch banks! Even the tellers where so helpful and friendly. I just want to say thank you to all who assisted me, especially the consultant. Much appreciated.
