Card suspended for small legitimate online payment

Buying Cell-C airtime from their site, and using Payfast as a payment channel, somehow results in my card being blocked for suspected *****. I must phone the ***** line, spend a long time waiting in the queue, before hearing of some Google transaction (which I have no clue about) triggering the block. The service agent offers to whitelist the merchant, but places the liability for future ***** on me, when I am not even aware of such transactions. What is the bank doing to prevent this annoying pattern?

Thanks for the contact, but it didn't really clarify how a recurrence can be avoided.
In the end I decided I should stop using Payfast as a payment mechanisms.
