Card Supp**** not fully operational

i opened a Pure Save account online was called by Diana from STD bank who explained the benefits of this card even saying i will have a Ucount card with it for a monthly fee R20, i asked her 3X it this card will do my day - day banking she rep**** yes. I collected the card from Randburg Branch & was given a ATM pin. when i tried to withdraw monies (the slip: this acc does not have ATM access) i called Cust Care 4X only the 4th person said the card will take a day to be active. (this was 22.05.15) On 27.05.15 i tried to swipe for my purchase but was declined i had to drive around with a petrol attendant as i could not pay by swiping looking for a ATM (looking like a ********) leaving me late from my lunch break , i called the Cust care again spoke to Ntokozise got cut off , called spoke to Kabanga then to Mxolisi who said this acc does not have swiping facilities, now how do i accumulate point for UCount if i cannot swipe? this whole encounter left me embarrassed, humiliated , frustrated & cost me more then R60 in fone calls, i want STD Bank to sort this out and not penalize me for their Staff's incompetence
