Card retained by machine

I went to cresta today to withdraw money as I had very important things to do with the money instead I got an error telling me my card has Been retained due to a technical problem . This is the worst service I have received from standard bank . I have to wait for 5 days for another card which I have to go and collect myself and probably be charged for it . Being advised of temporary cards which I will have to stand in long lines for considering that it is month end . Very very very very disappointed . Thanks for the inconvenience.
