Card paid, but blocked With my money inside

I have a Mastercard that was under debt review but paid up over two years ago. The debt review was withdrawn January 2015. The account still shows active on my internet banking profile and with a credit. But I can do nothing with the account. I cannot even get my own money. I phoned card division who told me to visit the branch. The branch told me to phone card division. I left it at that. This week, Two days tomorrow I visited the branch to make another enquiry. I was told that I must try to re apply for the credit card. No mention still of how to get my money. They needed a payslip and I got it for them and also asked them to assist me in transferring my bond from ABSA to Standard bank. They did not phone back. The card issue is now long due and I do want it resolved.
