Card Limit Increase

I app**** for a limit increase on my credit card...Firstly this is like pulling teeth with pliers!! ALL other banks can do this online, except for Standard Bank. After an HOUR on the phone to do the application, docs was sent through same day. I was then told they will advise me in 24hours.

So 24hours came and went, I phoned, (and by the way a million security questions JUST to check the status), then finally get told it takes 48hours....

48hours came and went, and STILL, no feedback, no acknowledgement that they are busy with it, NOTHING.

Seriously bad service!!!
