CARD DIVISION *****???>?>>

I submitted an email in respect of a credit card that appears to be issued by Standard Bank to a person who advises that no card has ever been app**** for and/or issued in her name from yourselves.<br> A responding mail was sent quoting Standard Bank reference *** and promising a response by the 21st July 2015.<br> To date (28th July 2015) no response has been received at all, despite sending a further email query.<br> <br> Is there anybody at Standard bank that cares about a case where there may be identity theft and/or ***** involved and/or whether the bank itself is at risk as a result of these circumstances????<br> <br> Please will you honour your word and contact either myself or your so called card holder with immediate effect so that this matter is resolved in your interests and ours.
