card devision wrong

I claimed for my insurance on my credit card. And it took months for std bank to do it . Then they told me il be able to use my account again by a cinsultant. Thrn thry cancled and closed my account without telking me. Yet they told me il be able to use it after my claim was approved. The consultant was rude and I hv their names. Im going to publicize this bkoz of false info given if I dont get what was told to me
