card declined at store but money deducted from account
I sapped my card at dischem and capitec today and it declined. i ended up having to use my capitec cars. But the amounts were deducted from my account and havent been reversed to date. A lot of shops are having issues with standard bank cards -whats happening. Trying to call customer care is a waste of airtime - i waited to be put through for over 15 minutes until i gave up
