Card collection
I ordered a new card and asked for it to be delivered to my closest branch (Northgate Shopping Centre, approximately 5km from my house). I get a call from the courier telling me to pick another branch because Northgate isn't doing card collections, the same for Clearwater. The closest available branch is Fourways (almost 20km from my house). You guys make it really difficult to bank with you.
