Card Application

After Rashell took my documents for my credit and cheque card applications she called me a day later and told me it was approved and even told me the amount I qualify for. She said she'll notify me as soon as my cards arrive but weeks passed. I tried sending her emails asking what was happening sometimes she would reply and sometimes she wouldnt. I remember this other time she asked for proof of employment and I sent it to her immediately and she kept quiet for a couple of days. A week after that day I sent her an email asking for feedback she then said she wants my work address to go verify where I work. I then told her to look at the proof of employment my work address is there. she kept quiet again without telling me what what happening to my cards until I called Prestige Banking. Then another lady called asking me to fill appication forms again. i've filled them last saturday so I'm still waiting.
