Car Wrongfully Repossessed

On the 16th of November 2018 morning on my way to work in Roodeport , I was stopped by men claiming they debt collectors from Standard bank. They pulled me over saying they repossessing the car as it’s owing. I tried to explain to them my car is financed by MFC, the gentleman called standard bank but insisted they taking the car. We drove to Cresta shopping centre to meet the sheriff for paper work even though I insisted I pay for the car every month. Me and my girlfriend were horrified by what was happening, we had to take all our belongings out of the car so that the gentleman can take the car. We had to Uber from Cresta to Soweto. When we got home we had to go to the dealership were I bought the car in Pretoria. When we got to the dealership in Menlyn multi-franchise, the dealers called Standard bank only to confirm it was wrongfully repossessed. I was advised to go fetch the car at Centurion Aucor. When I got there Cameron Ruthnum assisted by sending a document(Release Order). I asked him how Standard bank is going to refund me, he said someone will call me. I sent him an email as no one called me, to no response. As a loyal customer for years I am disappointed and horrified by this, I lost out on work, spent money I don’t have for transportation to recover my vehicle because of your in-competencies . We are living in hard times, petrol is sky rocketing yet you made me use money I don’t have
