Car settlement

I want to settle my car, I bought in July 2022. I expected to be done paying it by 2027 as the dealer explained to me. Now when I requested a settlement letter from Standard Bank they told me I owe them R 280000.00 thousand for a car which was R334 000.00, I told them this car I have been paying them since 2022 now I still owe so much.

They told me about something that I don’t even know and understand how it’s possible a ballon, I never told about that, I asked them how much they paid for the car to the dealership they paid R334 000.00 now where was there other money which they want from me was paid or given no one but I must just pay the money which they never released out of their bank.

As much it’s my first time hearing about this balloon, really this is not fair

I want to press myself to settle the car so that I can be clean with them now them they want free money which I don’t have.

I write my review to be assisted with Standard Bank as now they are ignoring me.

Can I get a fair amount that I owe them then settle my car.
