Car Service plan

Standard Bank vehicle service plan.

Been on the line now for over an hour i keep getting cut off and no one is calling me back! My car is at mercedes for services and they cant do anything as they where told by one of the agents the car is die for service in 102 days! A joke! Service plan is by km interval and not days… fix this or cancel my policy now!
