Car repossessed

On the 23 March 2023 at 14:20 ,the sheriffs from "HAMMOND POLE MAJOLA Plaintiff's Attorney"came by my work place said that they have been sent by their company to come repossess my car. They gave me a letter from the high court I was shocked I handed over my car keys , but I was surprised that I've been paying for my car ever since i bought it and have never skipped a month .I have slips and bank statement as proof. I called the Plaintiff's Attorneys to enquire and I was told that I skipped 1 month without paying and now I am in arrears of R35,000 .My question to them was for which month and how did it end up to that amount? they said they will call me back as soon as they get the statement from Standard bank,of which the guy I was talking to never called me back. On the 24 March 2023 morning I went to Standard Bank branch to ask for a statement since well the car was being financed by them ,then I was told that they had already cancelled my contract and it has being handed over to the lawyers,they can't help me with anything. I then went to Capitec Bank to ask for a printed back dated bank statement starting from 2018 June till to date, because I was using Capitec Bank the time I bought my car ,they printed the statement for me . Today on the 27 March 2023 I went straight to the attorney's offices to still enquire about my car , I was told that they are still waiting for Standard bank to send them the bank statement. Right now I can't even go to work because I'm using that car to work .
