Car rental refund
I did a rental of a car around the 14th of May. I returned the car back wouth out problems and the car rental company refunded the deposit amount. that amount somehow did not reflect in my account till today. I have made several calls to Standard Bank. First call was on the 5th of June when the Person on tghe phine went trough my statemnet and say that the money was lifted but never reflected on my account. They told me that will follow and do investiagtion on this but no response from them till today.
PATHETIC!!!!!!
