CAR PAPER NOT PROVIDED . CAR PAID UP IN SEPTMBER

Kindly advise how long it takes for one to one to get the car papers after the car has been paid up . I have been struggling with a lady by the mane of Rachel tshabalala . she promised to sort this matter out . to date nothing has happened . kindly advise me if anything is to happen to the car how will I be able to prove that I own the car . can I be assisted asap this has been dragging for so long . I was pushed to the limit with lawyers to settle the car that was 7 months ago and to date I don't have my papers . on top of that I overpaid and I have not even received my refund <br>
