Car Not Deregistered

Standard Bank Insurance Claims Department. After months and months fighting withe the claims department's inefficiency, my claim was finally processed and payments made to the relevant party.<br> <br> I went on to buy a new car. When I had to renew the licence plate a year later I was told that I could not get it because the car that was supposed to be De-registered but Standard Bank insurance was still in the System and therefore I still owed money on it.<br> <br> I again I went through the trouble of dealing with that horribly shocking call center. They plain refused to help me with a simple email stating the accident details. I had to consult with the finance house MFC, who were really really eager to help me out. The helped me finally de-register the vehicle without hasttle.... At my own expense!<br> <br> From the payout, an amount was deducted but Standard Bank Insurance for de-registration costs. Now, since I de-registered it myself, I would appreciate a refund NOW!
