Car Insurance claim

On 28 September 2015 I open a claim for a car accident on 26 September 2015. It is now the 14th of October and still awaiting the assessor's report to be submitted to Stansure to complete my claim and do the pay out as the car is written off. Call centre agents does nothing, Assessor (Paul) just complain about the load of work he has and the many calls he need to make. I am cancelling all my insurance I have at Standard bank on my house and vehicles as soon as this claim has been settled. Next step will be to remove my accounts from Standard Bank. The do not care about their clients. They only contact you if they need payment, otherswise just hang in there. Pathetic!
