Car Finance debit order problems with Standard Bank

If you want car finance, please reconsider using Standard Bank.

I had a debit order that should have gone of on the 26th of each being deducted in the middle of the month. After a struggle to get hold of a real person, it was changed to the 26 the again and the Debit order ran successfully last month. The lady that assisted me also sent me a new payment plan as everything was a month later now. I thought that was the end of it.

Now I got contacted today by debt collectors for the payment that SBSA tried to deduct in the middle of the month. Unbelievable SBSA
