CAR FINANCE

You might want to get Car Finance through another financial institution. As Standard Bank will have you feeling like you are doing them a favour! They are there to help and assist us and in banking with them ,you'd think that they would make things a little hassle free for you!' My application was sent in a week ago and up until this point I still have not received any help or feedback! Instead you get emails stating that your documentation is being reviewed and they will get back to you and still I wait! In buying a car you would want things to be easy and drama free ESPECIALLY when you need the knowledge and expertise of people working in the bank that are there to help you. Instead of them contacting you to inform you on your progress of your application,I have had to run after them to try and get feedback.

My initial application was done through Melrose Arch Standard Bank and up until this moment the consultant has still not contacted me or sent me a courtesy email .

Our financial advisors are there to make our lives better or at least assist in giving us the service you deserve!
