Car accident/ Standard bank

I was in a car accident 07/07/19 and only forced to return to work on the 24/09/19 because now my company is giving unpaid. I called loan call center and they were not help full but my concern is that I have an insurance on my loan to cover me. I was hospitalized as I’m injured.

So I asked for a loan holiday payment and they refused. My doctor wanted me to stay home until I’m full recovered but now I have to work to be able to pay my loan. So how does a temporary disability insurance work?

I need someone to call me and explain to me.

I am not happy about all of this, I have all the medical reports and discharge summary to prove it. I am struggling to get by because of my current situation financially.

Protea Glen branch tried helping me but they couldn’t win against the call center.
