Cappy service from STANDARD BANK

Last week i posted on Standard bank sucking and i was called by two bank officials promising me they would attend to the ****py service ......today 9am i walk in the bank at Sundward Park and all the shutters are closed and no tellers....after asking whats happening as its already 9am,the manager states that they are changing over shifts and counting the money and we will have to wait.....

normal trading hours are from 8am for most businesses .....its already 9am and the staff are not even operational ....why have two people contact me if they know nothing will be done.......

This is supposed to be a corporate business and not be compared to your local ****A shop on the corner...............
