Cant use my Card Internationally

My wife is stuck in New Zealand. She activated her card before leaving South africa and now she cant do anything with it.

Her app keeps requesting a OTP but she is out of the country and not using her south african number. We cant get hold of Standard bank to get this sorted. How is it your team says everything is fine but once she is there it doesnt work.

We need you to sort this out like now as this is unacceptable service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
