Can’t receive SMS OTP overseas, behind on Credit card payments

I am so frustrated, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE??!!!

I have been trying to contact SB for 3 weeks now!! I am sitting in the United States, unable to receive an OTP via SMS to access my bank account. I complained on Hello Pieter one week ago, got a email from SB the day after (thankfully) and now it’s been another week and they just IGNORED ME AGAIN. I AM BEHIND ON MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. You don’t care, because YOU are making money??!! So why help a customer in need??

I just want to change receiving an OTP via SMS, to receiving it via Email. That can’t be so hard to do??

I receive one mail, just so SB can say “they reached out” but you didn’t even BOTHER to actually help me!! I can’t wait to come back to SA, and close my SB account; and go tell EVERYONE how horrible my experience is. I’m a Yachtie, working worldwide, with loads of friends who use the SB Offs**** and personal accounts, and I will make it my mission to go tell every person I meet who has this account; to stop ALL their SB accounts. I will tell them the experience I’ve had with SB, and how disgusted I am that NO ONE cares about their customers. Thanks.
