Cant open savings accounts online

I cannot open puresave and electronic fixed deposit accounts via Internet banking anymore for some reason. I used to be able to before your maintenance but after that it is giving me errors and saying that i need to go to the branch. Why should I go to the branch when i have been opening these accounts online since I joined Std Bank. I did send a secure message with a consultant calling but he was just as useless. Please fix this asap as Internet Banking is there for a reason, for convenience of not going to a branch for your system errors.
