Can't issues a simple tax certificate after 7 working days and trying all contact points.

One would expect getting a tax certificate would be easy enough for a bank to supply. After trying online banking, banking app, email support, the call center and going into the branch and now with 3 reference numbers and 7 working days later - still not resolved for something that is a click of a button at any other financial institution. I am still waiting for feedback and all their contact points are useless. Do not invest or bank with Standard Bank, I have been with them for over 25 years and the service has just gone down. Going to move on as soon as I can get some feedback.
