Can't get my paid up letter

I have paid my loan of Standard bank account *** by end of August 2019, but i am struggling to get a paid up letter from them, i am being referred to attorneys called daly credit corporation which i made all my payments but they keep telling me they still waiting for response from standard bank, im even thinking of getting a lawyer as i am under debt review.
