Cant get cards to work
I honestly have no problem with the banking side of Standard Bank.. however, to get a new Cheque card has been a nightmare, i have been to the bank who "Ordered me a new one" but never arrives.
They cant connect my Credit card to my other account for internet banking so i have to manually pay money into the card.
Its a real pain..

06 Feb 2022, 20:25I have not received a phone call and my stuff is still not fixed.
My otp is still going to the old phone.
Your staff is useless. I can never get what I need the 1st time.
I always have to make 2/3 trips to the bank to get stuff done.
