Cannot obtain Bond Cancellation figures

I have sold my house. The lawyer is waiting since the 10th March for the Bond Cancellation figures. He has spoken to various people and has been given the run around. Is there a process? Is there a responsible manager to talk to. I have tried phoning several times today, but the line keeps getting cut. My personal banker says that this is not something she can attend to. HELP!
