Cannot help me with a simple task!!

I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and I have called 5 times now. I am constantly being put through to the wrong people and it's pathetic! I am writing this review while on hold. All I need to do is change a Debit Date and they cannot help me with a single task, I have considered moving but decided against that. I am now rethinking my decision! I am fed up with the customer service. All I need is to change one simple date.
