Cannot get rid of U Count Charges

<p>My mother who is 80 has been into the bank (Helderberg Branch) twice to cancel her U Count membership. I have signing power on her account and have put two stop payments on this charge. Yet the charges keep on coming. Please attend to this and reverse the last two months charges and refund my mother. This is completely unnaceptable. Please cancel this membership once and for all.</p>
