Cannot get information

I need a statement of account for a property loan. The monthly statement gives tel no in Durban and Johannesburg. I could not get through to anybody. Tried again in Durban, asked the recptionist to put me through to anybody in that dept. Anybody from the tea maker to the general manager. Nobody!<br> I then phoned Durban asking for a consultant for a property loan. Same thing! Nobody.<br> How do they do business if there is no way of interacting. Not even an email address.
