Cannot close my Ucount account

<p>For the third time now I have tried canceling my ucount account. I have been calling the bank and every time I am told that the matter will be escalated and someone will call me back. At this rate, someone will probably call me back from ucount when the heat death of the universe occurs. Why must the process be like that? why can't I just cancel it there and then without waiting for a call? The past 9 months I've been with this bank have been just horrible, thank god there's FNB to go back to.</p>
