Cannot change my banking details

I have been trying to call standard bank just to change my banking details but the people who answer the call keeps on saying they are transferring me to customer service, the call was answered by 5 different people but no one can put me trough to the correct people, now i have waisted my air time for nothing. your debit order will bounce.
