Cannot Cancel Credit Card

<p>I have been trying to contact the Stanadrd Bank call centre for the last 3 weeks with no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am simply trying to close my account and cannot get anyone to answer the damn phone! This is very frutsrating!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be paying any addidtional costs on this account, as i have been trying to close it for weeks! And when i initally asked how to go about doing this, i was assured that no additional costs would be added from the phone converstaion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone urgently contact me or just do this already!</p> <p> </p>
